Apple is finally in the bottles

I finally got my apple wine in the bottles. It's been minding it's own buisness in the carboy bulk ageing for almost a year. crystal clear and tasting purdy dag good. I back sweetened it slightly and my wife said she liked it alot which means it probably won't get to reach it's full potential before it's gone. I've got to get to work now on labels and such to finish them off properly.

Great looking wine there pete. How much did you have bulk aging?

6 gallons Waldo. I bottled 1 bottle in clear, the rest in green.
