I need an early drinking wine kit besides the beaujolais I have now clearing.

anyone know which kit or kits this could be?

Any of the mist kits fit that bill, Bonnie.

Or any of the Mosti VN kits. Make the Sauvignon Blanc now and drink it in June.

I asked George that same question, with the proviso that I prefer reds. He recommended the MM Vinifera Noble kits, e.g., Castel del Papa or Chianti. He said they can be drunk young but also age well. I have a VN Castel del Papa in secondary right now
