While I am looking forward to starting this one, I do wonder after allI have read on Amarones just how true the flavors are to the commercial, and especially the original versions of Amarone started back in the 50's. The competition between bitter and sweet seemed to be its trademark, only recently have they been toned down to gain more acceptance from the masses. With the higher ratedcommercials going for the price of a high end kit, I may never know. Heres one of the many sites I saw on it.
