There has been alot of posts/discussions about mucadines her lately. How long do you guys age your Muscadine wine?

Heres what I have:

2 five gallon batches primary on 9-11 at 1.080
Both to secondary on 9-23 at 1.008

1st rack on 10-02 at .995

Backsweetened on 10-17 and stabilzed

2nd rack on 11-15...Lot's of body, flavor and I AM IMPRESSED. Wife also likes it.

it gets better every month. if you wait a year it will be twice the wine it is now, it is like mine it wont make a year too much samples.

Depends on how many bottles a batch produces... I've had bottles aged for 3-4 years, better every year.
