Affiliate or Referral program?

I think I have brought this up before but what are the odds that you will set up some sort of affiliate program? I know you honor referrals, but it's tough to get people to volunteer that info. Some sort of automated affiliate setup would be very nice....

I might consider anaffiliate program, but it would depend on the details. Keep in mind that the problem with this industry is the margins, as I have stated on several occassions. As such, there is just not much wiggle room on prices or for a commission.

By the way my referral program works pretty well. Last year, I gave out over $1,000 in referrals and over $500 just during the first quarter of this year.

I'll call today, but just FYI I was basically wanting an automation of the existing referral program, so it wouldn't take any more of your profit, and might ramp up your customer base. The software to do this might cost something up front though.
