    Red, Red Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine....

    Favorite full bodied semi sweet red? My favorite red used to be St Claire's Mimbres red...but im finding its too sweet now. I should probably make a kit, but im feeling pretty instantgratificatious. Anyone wanna fess up?

    JMAO variations?

    Has anyone successfully altered the Ancient Orange Mead recipe with favorable results? I just bottled my first batch and I like it OK....but it SEEEMS like it would it would better with a cranberry or blueberry element to it. I just fear it will be a waste since the recipe, if followed exactly...

    Ok so I have a dilemma. Its a serious issue for me so I hope im posting in the right place. Im leaving town on thursday, and will be gone 4 days. I REALLY want to start a wine today, as my primary and gallon jug with airlock are both EMPTY. Every recipe I've seen requires 4-10 or more days...
