bottled last week, taiste very good, smooth, not to dry but not sweet either, fruity, silky , good legs,, entered it in the topsfield fair , going to make a red blend this sept> zin/cabernet/merlot..all lodi grapes..:r:r
 
Kendo is that the same Zin that medaled last year at the fair ? Good luck this year. Bakervinyard
 
no bakervinyard, its a new batch ,,just bottled it up,, its zin blended with some valdepena, very silky and not so dry as last years but its not sweet either 14.5 % nice chew to it,, the family loves it so thats a good sign..thanks for the kind words baker...wine on my friend..:)))
