Yeast question..

K so I smooshed the blueberries, added the needed ingredients for a gallon of blueberry wine.. So today I add the yeast.. I have a packet of yeast but it's the size you usually use for the 5 gallon kits.. Do I add just a 1/5th of the packet?

Darn it.. So the recipe I'm following tells me to stir daily.. But then it occurred to me.. I think I just balled up all the yeast I had sprinkled on the top.. Oh well.. Will see how it goes!
