White Grapes vs Pails

Is there a difference between using whole white grapes and white juice pails? I’m thinking that since the grapes are pressed before fermentation it should be the same thing.

Reason I ask is I can only get French Colombard, Muscat and Thompson seedless grapes. But I can get a wider variety of juice pails.

I lean towards agreeing. My red juice buckets never approach the big bold reds I’m after, but my whites are as good as store bought, near as I can tell.
