What Muscadine is best for wine making

it there is such. I figure that the ones a little higher in sugar content would be best but wanted some opinions, I live in Central Alabama. Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
 
I am using a mix of Sweet Jenny and Pam for my white. I added a Magnolia this year. For my red I am using Ison. Alot of folks like Carlos, I do not because I have not tasted a commericially available wine mad with it that I like.
 
I have used Carlos before with decent results....... Hoping to make my first batch with Ison this year. Its my 4th year in the ground, the vines are pruned and awaiting bud break......

Todd, have you tired the Chautauqua vineyards Carlos? I found it to be excellent, if you like muscadine wines.
