Well I made my first wine, It is a Vino Del Vita Chardonnay kit. I was very carefull with my sanitation/cleanliness and followed instructions except I Racked it one extra time before clearing/stablizing. I also let it clear one week longer than the instructed to. It was very clear when I bottled it and I was carefull not to disturb the sediment. But.... two weeks after I bottled it when I pick up any of the bottles there is a LOT of fine and a couple of large particles floating around. So what do I do next. Back into Carboy? Do I buy a filter? Transfer it into new bottles and leave the sediment? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks gamo
