WineXpert WE Selexction Merlot

I am looking for some feedback from anyone who has made this kit. I started mine back on 5/15. Mine has been clarifying for about a week. I will rack it tomorrow night and bulk age it for a few months.
I am wondering what kind of results have with this kit. Mine still has a very yeasty alcohol smell. I assume thisbis normal for such a young wine. Any feedbaxk would be appreciated. youhavgotten with

I aged mine for a year after bottling date and it turned out to be pretty good. It was ok at 4 months but I definitely say to age as long as you can resist Lol. I added to my second one - raisons in the primary and an f-pak of blackberries before bottling and it turned out awesome

I see a lot of people on here talk about adding raisins. Is this literally raisins like you would buy at the grocery or something else? Anything concerns I should be aware of if I try this next time?

I've only used them twice, but yes regular raisins
