A couple of months back i ruined the taste of a raspberry wine because i wanted to give the flavor and nose a little boost.
I added some extract and it was way too much.
I experimented and ended up with this.
It actually tastes good. What it really is, i dont actually know.
16% sugar by volume seemed to work.
