A couple of months back i ruined the taste of a raspberry wine because i wanted to give the flavor and nose a little boost.
I added some extract and it was way too much.
I experimented and ended up with this.
It actually tastes good. What it really is, i dont actually know.
16% sugar by volume seemed to work.

About posting pictures.
I use the icon above and insert the link. Then I either get an error message or it takes forever to upload so i just post the link. I have cable modem on this end.
I would appreciate any tips if I am doing it incorrectly.

I use Photobucket too...I just high-light the bottom box under your photo for image...right click it...choose'copy'...then go back to the FVW Post your preparing and just right click andchoose 'paste'...works everytime....You can add as many photos as you want.
