Does anyone have a suggestion on what type of yeast to use? I like wine off dry to semi sweet.

I have never done one of these cans, but am thinking about doing a blackberry. If I go ahead, I will probably use Lalvin RC-212. I would suggest fermenting to dry, and then sweetening. That's the approach I would follow.
