Waldo....I do miss you and all the Gang here and things could be better but we are surviving and keeping busy with much to do.

Today I am breaking out the smoker I bought last year and cooking upsome ribs. Put together a new rib rub last night using my Mojjo Spiceas a base and this will be a test to see how it comes out.


I will take some pics and post.....get your bib ready Waldo cause you will be a sloberrin!!
