Hey.....it's fizzing...that's right...right? I've got living
yeastie beasties. Looks like you pros were right and I had to lay

Feb. 11, I pitched my first yeast in wine (welches grape juice) I
am drinking it now and it is the best tasting wine I have ever had, now
two months later I am making my first country wine and it will be award
winning I'm sure, even if it's only in my own mind!!! I wish I could be
there to taste your first wine I'm sure it will be GREAT!!
