I thought of you the other night. We went to a cajun place up the road and they had whole crawfish. My hubby was chowing down. I tried, but I just don't have the stomache to rip my food all apart like that (while it's still looking at me)

Anywho, tonight I bottle my peach apricot chardonnay and I plan on cooking a nice little vegeterian meal of spinach artichoke pasta (no sauce, just olive oil, garlic and parm. cheese), I thought the wine that I was bottling would go good w/ it. I'm still on meat strike from my crawfish trauma

Picked up the chablis from George today that is on sale. Has anyone made it??I know I need to bite the bullet (of patience) and do a cab. I'm just so excited right now with everything, I want instant gratification. Maybe in a month or two!! After this one and I am getting the Pear Kiwi when it comes out for summer.
