Do titration kits work for country wines?

Yes. I presume you refer to titration kits for acid offered by wine/beer making suppliers.

They are good for country wines - but using them properly is a skill I have not mastered!

They are much easier to use one someone tells you the color change happens at a pH of 8.2 and you use your pH meter instead of trying to figure out if the color changes or not.

Do you still use all the chemicals that come in the titration kit? Just run the test like normal but watch the pH meter instead of a color change?

Yes, you can or you can leave out the color change (phenathalin, I believe, the one you put a specific amount in.)

You don't need the indicator if your using your pH meter.
