So there is a neat industrial park a little south of Paso Robles just off the 101 (as they say in CA) called "Tin City". We did not have time to stop in this past visit but its on the radar for an upcoming trip for sure. I have already been doing recon on wineries to visit. There is a cool documentary on Tin City available for free on Amazon Prime for those who have it. Basically if you have ever dreamt of starting your own winery this is a nice story of some who dared to dream........
