This is what separates the best from the just good!!

Here's my story:

Something great happened today - I received my corks back! Joey at Milla Vineyards gave me a bag of real natural corks last year that he had sitting around (open) for a couple of years. When I last ordered a bag of corks from George I mentioned these corks and wondered if they still could be used. Well, he hooked me up with his cork supplier - he contacted them - asked me to ship to them - they would recondition them and return - all at no charge!!! There were approximately 350 corks and they came back in a vacuum sealed bag and are ready to use. Wow, now that is customer service.
