Whey would one add tannin to your wine?

When and how much would one add per 6 gal carboy?

Tannin is part of the structure of wine. If you are making kits don't worry, its in it. I would only add tannin in fruit wines and juice. You can start with a teaspoon and as you need add more

You could also try oaking your wine. This will also add tannins.

Tannins will also aid in preserving the wine will bulk storing.
