Sulfite testing

Can anyone tell me how to use my titrets and titrettor to test for sulfites. I'm new to this forum and also new to winemaking. I love all the gadgets and testing, but can't figure this one out. I can see that the titrets fit into the titrettor, but I'm not sure what to do with the darn thing from there. The directions with the titrets advise to "push the valve assembly onto the Titret ampoule", but there isn't a valve assembly included. Is this something I neglected to buy? I was told that I would need a Titrettor to use with the Titrets, was hoping that it would be self explainatory from there, but I'm stumped!

The valve assembly is in with the titret glass vials - they are little plastic tubes with a very small ball (the ball valve) in them.


I don't use the titrettor (the holder) - just the glass vials and the valve/tube assembly.
