At my attempts to produce a chocolate raspberry port using (you guessed it) chocolate and raspberries. The taste is wonderful and thw wine very well balanced. The only trouble is the color. It is a little cloudy and a very odd shade of pink. Any suggestions on the color out there?

Good job man!!!

Hope someone can make suggestions on the color.... BUT, it sounds like you nailed the most important part= Taste.

Has it cleared yet? How long since fermentation stopped?

I wouldn't mind making a chocolate raspberry port. Could you list the recipe?

If the taste and balance are all what you want it to be, then to heck with the color! Cloudy though is more of a flag that maybe you need to let it settle and clear more. Once it's actually "clear" the pink color may look less odd, and may be absolutely stunning even.

Can you post a picture of what it looks like now?

To adjust the color, you could use... ? food coloring ? which wouldn't
add taste but could be fiddly to get what you want. But I've heard of
it being done.

If a touch of added sweetness and slight flavor impact is an acceptable
risk, the Wine Expert Red Grape Concentrate is at times promoted as a
way of adding color depth.

Bench trials would be in order for any color tweaking attempts.
