Is it ok to spray sulfer while flowering is going on?

I would not spray during flowering. I am waiting on my grapes right now, to get through with the flowering stage so I can spray sulfur.
I have not found information that says it is bad to spray when the blossoms are open. But, I spray before and after bloom due to a bad yield one year after I sprayed at bloom. Maybe it was a coincidence with cold weather. I don’t know.
