I started a Chenin Blanc three weeks ago, last week I stabilized. The wine is very dark, almost brown looking. Is this normal, or has anyone else experienced this? Just curious as to wether this will get better with time.
Thank you for any advice.
 
I wouldn't be too concerned at this point. Wines typically will appear darker in a carboy than you might expect, but if you put some in a bottle or a glass, the color will appear light and closer to what you expected. It might lighten up a little as it becomes clear.
