My first Mosti Kit, so I am asking lots of questions :)

Directions on Step 2 say to complete secondary fermentation for 6 to 7 days. Then Step three says leave for 10 to 12 days.

Which is it? Anyone have the new directions, b/c those are the ones I have.

Which kit is it as each kit will probably give different directions. I dont ave any of these directions handy but someone will and may need to know this.

I believe that the 10 to 12 days in step 3 are the total of the 3 to 5 days in step 1 and the 6 to 7 days in step 2. The instructions are new and still need a little work.

What Joseph said is how I interpreted it onthe Meglioli I started earlier this year and the fermentation went without issue. Apparently in this step they mean total while in the rest they mean elapsed, so you just have to read carefully.
