My1 gallon capacityjust doubled! The future in-laws have been saving wine bottles for me and their Grandfather has been saving his empty gallon jugs for me, I just inherited 6 more gallon jugs and a case of empties! Looks like I need to get busy with some more gallon batches! Edited by: Big Port

I love it when fortune smiles!

Waldo, I am thinking of trying a couple of frozen juice concentrates, been following a couple of threads here that have caught my interest.

Eric - be careful. If you get 3-4 separate batches of scratch wines going,
and you start a couple of kits, and you need to attend to all their needs
for weeks to come, you're intended may start to feel slighted.

Watch
your priorities!

But seriously, just scrolling down Jack Keller's web list of recipes will give
you more things to try than you can deal with, and now this forum has a
growing list as I'm sure you know. Sounds like you already have your next
steps planned, so good luck.

Good point Bill, I have to admit, everything I have going now is in the clearing stages and I'm bored, I feel empty inside now that they don't need me anymore.

I'll probably only get one or two going for now..... but that may change.

Good job BP! There are quite a few (59 to be exact) recipes on the mywinerecipes link listed below. Maybe there's one that could suit your needs.

Keep up the good work, and yes, we all know how bored one gets when everything is bulk-aging!

Free stuff is so great!

When we feel unneeded by our clearing wines we visit them, using a pen light to admire the color, the lees they're dropping and we talk to them. At least I do.

There is absolutely, positively no substitute for dumb luck.
