I made some trials about sparkling wines, I need now riddling racks. It is difficult and expensive to get it from abroad. So, I am planning to get it made in Turkey.
1-)Do you have any photos from back and front sides of the riddling racks or technical specifications?
2-)Do you know anyone from champagne region that I can contact in order to learn the technical specifications of the riddling rack?
