I have used Avante yeast by Renaissance with very good results. I just found out Renaissance makes 8 Different yeasts that don’t produce h2s, can’t wait to try the one recommendEd for Pinot noir on my Marquett.
I have also been checking Renaissance out. The Brio is the one for your Pinot... Also the one for my home-made fruit wines.
Only sold in 500g up sizes. Best prices so far at Davidson winery supply.
