I made 1 Gal test batch using this syrup
http://www.adriaimports.com/product.asp?prodid=mp%2Dsyrups
Back label for ingredients lists only
-Rasperry juice
-sugar

So I mixed 1 gal watter with syrup to get to SG of 1.085 (used all bottle of syrup), addet yeast (EC-1118)
Iw was brewing well for last week and a half. Then it stoped, so I checked SG and it's at 1.07.
Any one knows what would be a problem? Why it would stop fermenting?

There may have been a preservative in the juice that stopped the fermentation....or...it may still be fermenting, just slower.

Keep an eye on it and test again in a day or two.

Good Luck!!!!

I added some yeast energizer and some lemon juice. It looks like I'm back in buisness.

Did you add nutrient? If not, I would add 1 teaspoon now, stir to add oxygen and see if fermentation restarts.
