potassium sorbate?? how

How long will it last? I was searching thru my refridge to check inventory and I found a zip lock bag (Closed and inside another zip lock bag)of granular pot sorbate.. NOt sure how old it is? Is it still any good?? TIA

The wine supply store I go to tell me a year if it's kept sealed.

Sorbate should last longer than a year if kept sealed and dry.

No need to keep it in the fridge though, someplace cool (50-60F) and dry would work fine.
