I have searched for a recipe for Pears I am pretty sure that the pears I have are what is called a Canning Pear really hard but they do have a good taste I picked them today and have not run across a recipe for a 5 gallon batch. Should I add a concentrate of juice for added flavor? Or better yet how about a 5 gallon recipe. Thanks Y'all
