I liked the first batch so well, that I started a second batch of Pacifica tonight. I'm hoping to age this one a little while.

Finally got my Pacifica White kit. Going to start it this weekend.

Bottled the Pacifica, turned out really good. Very fruity flavor, but not overly sweet, just off dry. Cleared nicely and the wife has enjoyed a few bottles so far. I would make it again if I found another kit.

I wouldn't say I jumped ship, I've been reading both forums for a while, I just finally registered. I do recognize several of the FVW folks here. So not to hyjack the OP's thread, I'll close by saying that I really am looking forward to trying the Pacifica White!
