Bought and received a Seville Orange Sangria kit last month. With other things on deck, and life not cooperating, I haven't gotten it going yet.

So my question - will it be OK stored in a cool place until next year. I usually try to make one of these in Feb. / March. I have found that they don't hold up very well much past the one year mark, and by the time this gets done, and sits for a month or so, summer will be about over. Thanks

These kits are good for a couple of years so this should be no problem, assuming the kit is relatively fresh now - the date should be on it. When it comes time to make the kit, check your yeast for expiry as well.
