Thanks in advance,I have gotten great feedback on this site


I am vinting a Wineexpert selection kit, French Chardonnay. I left in the sediment after the initial transferring to the carboy (blew that part of the instructions). It has been 10 days I assume I should proceed normally AND NOT REMOVE SEDIMENT at this point because then I may be unable to clear the wine. I assume I shouldsimplyrack an extra time or two once I've stabilized the wine.


Please confirm/ comment if I'm applying the right logic

Yep, you are good to go and you should not need to rack it extra times since you still need to add the clearing agents.
