My harvest this year are in three three-gallon carboys now. MLF just completed and not racked yet. I am debating whether to rack it before adding oak beans. I am trying to minimize oxygen exposure because I don't like my wine too soft, racking would also call for topping off which I have no extra wine left for. Anyone has experience oaking with lee? Your thought?

It’s written that oak benefits MLF anyway and suggested to add it to help along (so the bacteria has something to latch onto and not get buried in the lees).

Plus MLF routinely done in barrels. I wouldn’t think there’s any issue at all adding oak with lees present.
