My 6 month old Chablis has cleared nicely. I will probably rack it one more time and I am thinking about adding oak. I can rack now or wait. I have oak chips so if I do oak it, it will only be for a few weeks, maybe a month. Then another 6 months before bottling. I normally do reds so any suggestions are welcome.
