Hey guys, I decided to give winemaking a try since I enjoy homebrewing so much. I've been brewing for about four years now, doing all grain for the last two. However, making wine is new to be

I'm going to be trying my luck at it this week. The local brew shop is getting juice in on Thursday, so I ordered pinot noir and pinot grigio juice, since those are the wines I enjoy drinking the most.

Yo Max,

Welcome. I too am a long time brewer just getting started here. I've got a couple of months on you but not a whole lot of experience. I've only been on kits so far, but looking to go to juice buckets soon. Don't be a stranger, lots of stuff to learn here.

Good news is that fermentation is fermentation. Just need to learn some new techniques.

Best, Fran

Thanks for the welcomes guys! I'm looking forward to starting my wines tomorrow!
