Couldn't decide which kits to order, so went ahead and ordered 2 after reading so many great reviews. Ordered the CC Red Mountain Cab and the RJS Winery Super Tuscan from George this morning. I think I have enough stock to allow these to age at least a year before touching them. I plan on making these according to instructions, so hoping they're as good as everyone says!!
