Between Chardonnay 548.1 and Grenache Blanc which do you all recommend is the better variety?
548.1 is a clone that ripens earlier and produces more sugars according to the rep. I’m waiting to find out exactly when it ripens. Kinda leaning towards the 548.1 since it is an entav clone and most likely harder to come by without buying a big lot of em.
