It is still going, I guess. The airlock spits out a bubble every 4 seconds. You can see the bubbles rising in the carboy.
I've got another carboy ready to go.
I talked to my brew house today... He told me I should be good. To not worry and that it is either stick actively fermenting or is is just releasing C02. But either way to not worry.
Just trust the hydro not the bubbles.. as for the lees. I wouldn't worry about what you have. The gross lees were left behind already. You have heavy fine lees.
