well my coffee wine attempt = not that good way bitter and supper strong--then again its young yet only 1 mth ill wait a bit then try backsweeten see if that helps.

ummmmmm im no help , i just wanted to peek in here !! LOL! im not a big coffee drinker but maybe if u mix it with a choclate wine then u could have mocha wine???

Coffee recipe 1 gal
5 tbs intant coffee i sub for a cup strong brewd of french van
7 pts water
3 lbs honey
3tsp acid blend
3/4 tsp energizer
1 crushed campden tab
1 pk of champ yeast

its from a book i got in my starter kit.
