Over
the years, the hobby known as home winemaking has been growing with
great interest. Recently, the demand for a simpler method to make one’s
wine has been overwhelming. However, several obstacles have forced many
consumers to rethink the idea to make their wine due to the large
equipment and materials needed, the physical space required, the
potential mess it may create, and of course, the final result of their
creation.

2 are already sold and I have a lot of interest from my walk-in traffic. I think these are going to be under several Christmas Trees, this year.

George, I can't wait for mine to arrive. Hope to have this Cab with Thanksgiving Dinner.:)

I think this kit is an awsome idea but im glad my wife never saw it.Im happy making bigger batches. What i have seen as the hardest thing about making wine is allowing it to age.I look at it everyday just dreaming of how good its going to taste. If your like me you will need a batch or 2 of the fruit wines under your belt so you have something to drink while you dream.

George, just to let you know I started the Winemakers Toolbox last weekend.
I am NOT using any of the other wine equipment that I have. Only what came in the kit.

People who buy this kit will have to use bottled or filtered water. I used my Brita Pitcher.
I large stew pot I used for the 2 gal + liquid you will have.
The yeast settled on the bottom of the pot, so to get it all in the cubinator, I took about a 1/2 cup of water and poured into the pot to get all the yeast.
I would like to see the plastic tube about 6" longer.
Overall, as a kit for people to decide if this hobby is for them, it is a great introduction.
Will rack the cab this weekend. Pictures to follow.

Joseph and I agree with your on the length of the tubing, but think more like another foot longer. It is the only thing that we found deficient in the kit.
