I only have 15 vines, 12 Merlot & 3 Catabwa. This has been a weird weather year & now the grapes are ripening at a weird pace. Some grapes are fully ripe & some hard green in the same bunch. So because of the small quanties involved I'm planning on starting the harvest 1 grape at a time & freezing the grapes until I get enough to make a gal. Has anyone done this? We do it with fruit so I can't see any reason not to do it with grapes. Roy FightingTown Creek Wines
