I'm just about to the bottle stage on a blush kit and am wondering something....They don't call to rack it or anything, it just says to bottle from the carboy (which has like an inch on sediment on the bottom). Will this work ok? Or should I rack it and let it sit for another week before bottling? I have to move the carboy to another room to bottle and am afraid I might stir it up. Also if I do rack it is a week enough and will it clear ok after I rack it? I put the clearifier in about a week ago and the wine looks great at this point, but I'm afraid it will cloud up if I rack it. Thanks.

If you have the carboy available, rack it before bottling. If you can, let it sit again for a few more weeks to see if any more lees settle. We never bottle on schedule. Time is your friend and will give you clearer wines.
Also, it's harder to drink when it's in the carboy!
