Well the Pinot Grigio is in the bottle, my second kit is done. Now we have to start thinking about the next kit. My husband and I have a tradition of making Sangria for Christmas. I was thinking I would like to make the win that we make the Sangria out of. Does anyone have any suggestions on this?? We usually use a Hearty Burgundy but I am open to suggestions. I want to get going on this so it will be drinkable by Christmas.
Thanks

My vote would go towards a chianti or spanish rioja! When making sangria, go with a spanish wine, to keep authentic. Actually, any red will do, but I do like sangrias done with rioja as a personal preference.

Another good choice is the sangiovese. You can get it in the World Vineyard series and save a few bucks.
