Heh very nice, BTW what kind of original and FG should be expected from this? Also, what kind of volume? Might be a bit before my brother and I can get a batch of this cooking since I have the fall wine to deal with first.... And then a special cider ... Considering he is the one who is in charge of beer making operations lol.
