I went to Procacci brothers in Philadelphia on Wednesday and picked up some Regina Juice buckets for my 2015 wine making. There average price per pail is 56 dollars. At 68 degrees they were all at 1.090 and have a ph of 3.2. I am using Rc 212 on all of these wine and all are now is the early stages of fermentation. I hope these come out as good as the Regina buckets i made last year. Here is a list of what i am making this year.

1 pail Valcalepio
1 pail Châteauneuf-du-Pape
2 pails Merlot
2 pails Barolo
1 pail Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice line up, Carl. You obviously like the reds.

Since you mentioned Regina juice buckets, can you tell us whether or not the buckets contain grape skins or not. There was another post here where the poster was told by the supplier that Regina buckets contain skins. If this is so, I think it is something new.

no skins just juice. It would be nice if they had skins. Yes i like reds not whites so much. Wife likes Riesling and i make a 5 gallon batch for her every two years because she doesn't drink it that much.

I went to Corrados in Clifton, NJ today with my dad. I picked up Barbera and Cab Sav. I'm making 60 gallons. My dad got the same juice but 72 gallons. We never put anything in our wine and it comes out awesome every year. In a few weeks we will be getting the same type of cab and barbera but in grapes and will be using our family press that's been in our family for 100 years. We've always used that years ago just about 5 years we've been making the juice. But we will go back to the grapes.

Cab and Barbara line is 60% cab and 40% Barbera. Hopefully it will come out great.
Carib that is an awesome lineup. Gotta tell us how it is.

6 gallons of cabernet sauvignon with 1 lug of cab grapes. First time using grapes. Family had fun this morning destemming. Used d21 yeast and gonna put through mlf as well. Grapes were easier than I thought so far. I split juice into 2 buckets and used 4 paint strainer bags for the grapes. So far so good. Also started 6 gallons of pinot grigio 2 weeks ago. All good there as well.
