I worked in plant research many years ago before I switched to medical, so I found this pretty interesting. Discovering an entire new organelle dedicated to tannin production is no small deal.

Very nice Spaniel. Tannins are intriguing. I've often wondered about alternative tannin sources to grape packs such as certain barks, roots or other natural sources. Perhaps as the 21st century rolls along all genomic tannosomic evidence will be revealed.
